Vampire Hider
When you are a vampire, this mod allows you to talk to people normaly when wearing helms, if you are not a vampire, it has no effect. The one problem with this is that if you are wearing an open helm, it will also allow you to talk to people normaly. Nothing I can do about this :(
No promises with this working with Vampiric Hunger, I only tested it with VE
