For your information, the boot screen is the screen displayed when you start up your computer. It usually looks something like this. These bootscreens will replace the default windows one.
There are also bootscreens included without the Bethesda logos.

These bootscreens require a free program, which can be downloaded from here. You can use this boot screen by modifying boot.ini, but that is not recommended, as if you screw it up, your computer won't start. As this is the case, it is a lot safer to use the program.
